Meet Margit
My yoga journey started back in 2013 while I was living a dynamic life in London. Those were the days when my schedule was packed with work, social engagements, and exciting travel adventures. It was during this period that I decided to give yoga a try, joining weekly Ashtanga classes at my local gym. At the time, I didn't know much about the profound depth of yoga, but I was about to find out.
Surprisingly, it didn't take long for me to become captivated by the practice. Soon enough, Mysore-style Ashtanga became a daily ritual for me. My desire to delve deeper into yoga led me to embark on a transformative journey to Bali. There, I underwent immersive Ashtanga training with The Yoga People and Yin yoga training with Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier. This experience ignited a profound passion for yoga within me. I have returned regularly to build knowledge and experience in Bali, India and the UK. While my heart remained long with Ashtanga, I find immense inspiration in the softness, and dynamic expression of Vinyasa and Yin yoga's deep, balancing practice.
In 2020 I started studies in manual therapy through Nuad Bo Ran with Manuel Luque Aguilera in Amsterdam. I have since gained certification in Thai Yoga Massage and offer massage in my home studio in Culemborg, the Netherlands.
To me, life is all about unity, about love.
Yoga and massage are energetically held moving meditations. I follow structure to contain a thoughtful environment. They encourage practitioners to explore physical alignment and movement that suits their unique bodies. They are guided by ancient wisdom, leading practitioners to a sense of grounding and self-discovery through deep listening.
When I am not doing yoga or giving massages I like to spend time in the Crossfit box, on the beach trying to catch waves, walking in the forest or any other nature I find myself in or learning new skills and doing all that with the love of my life <3.
Life is a gift, I remind myself often. Energy is everywhere. Love is boundless.
